Credits Refund Policy: Refunds for purchased credits are available upon request, subject to certain conditions. Customers may request a refund for unused credits within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued for the remaining balance of unused credits, minus any applicable transaction fees. Once a refund is processed, the corresponding credits will be deducted from the customer's account.

Subscription Refund Policy: Subscriptions to our services are eligible for refunds under specific circumstances. Refunds for subscription fees are only provided if requested within 7 days of the subscription activation date. Refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the subscription period. No refunds will be granted for subscription renewals or after the 7-day refund window has elapsed. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided for credits or subscriptions that have been used, expired, or otherwise utilized in accordance with our terms of service. Refunds will not include any discounts, promotional offers, or bonuses applied to the original purchase.
